Program Rationale

The Collaborative Professional Growth Cycles for Observable Impact program has been designed to support New Zealand principals as learning leaders in identifying opportunity to enhance the learning experience of students through the enhancement of professional practice across the entire learning ecosystem. The PGC program is a truly global collaboration with Canadian colleague Cale Birk from Learning First and Leading Professional Practice Experts in multiple regions right across New Zealand.

Program Structure

Join Andrew Jones and Cale Birk for this immersive, year-long, cohort-based collaborative leadership experience where groups of leaders will develop capacity and common language around the Observable Impact Model and dispositions for effective leadership through collaborative leadership experiences. Our Learning Partners and their teams will enhance leadership efficacy and school effectiveness through the development of their own, personalised Professional Growth Cycle (PGC) designed specifically for the New Zealand principal performance framework.
